Hi! I want to introduce another Kpop singers to you guys. The group is called 2NE1 and there are 4 girls in the group. A decade ago when Kpop girl/boy groups were just starting to get popular, many Kpop girl groups focused on marketing themselves as innocent, cute, and vulnerable. The music videos were filtered with pale pink and white colors, and the girls wore skirts and dresses to emphasize their femininity. However, the debut of 2NE1 brought a whole new scene into the Kpop world. They were wearing tight leggings, leather jackets, and had funky hairstyles. This particular music video essentially speaks about 'being the best' and emphasizes their confidence. This group and especially their powerful music videos brought a shift in Kpop culture. Although the members separated now, their legacy continues even after a decade later.
