Album Cover ~ Pink Floyd
One of the most famous album covers of all time, Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" is a visually striking example of contrast, concept, and color use. Displaying light refracting from a triangular prism, alluding to their light-filled concerts and the "ambition and madness" of the group. The artist Storm Thorgerson even created a book with his similar drafts called "The Images of Pink Floyd" to explain his inspiration.
