Gaudí’s Sagrada Barcelona Church Landmark Has Been Building Without a Permit… for 136 Years.

This extremely famous church has been in construction for the past 136 years. Now in 2018 they are being fine $41 million! I understand that building without a permit is unacceptable, but Im sure the church has brought the city much more tourism over the years and therefore more money. Not only that, but laws should have been changing over time and the church should have been taken into consideration. Morally, this is also outrageous to fine a church for being built, I truly think that the city of Barcelona should reconsider.
