Ik-Joong Kang

This summer, I had an amazing experience working under the artist Ik-Joong Kang. Kang was born in 1960 in Korea and has been working in New York since 1984. He received his MFA from Pratt Institute and a BFA from Hong-Ik Art University in Seoul, Korea. His project revolved around the theme of interaction, so he emphasized the participation of audience in his works. The exhibition I worked with him was called 'The Things I Know' in Arko Gallery in Seoul, South Korea.
