Thieves Steal a Renoir Landscape Right Off the Walls of the Dorotheum Auction House

I genuinely don't understand how this possible anymore, especially right off the wall. Security seems to be so high at museums and auction houses! Who is not paying attention to someone literally removing something from a frame
